Zavier Coyne

Growing up, Zavier (25) greatly questioned the idea of ‘success’ handed to him at school and his upbringing in Essex.

Discovering meditation at 14 and starting his first profitable business at 15, a lifelong passion and curiosity was ignited for exploring how inner connection and outer growth are intertwined.

A few more ventures, jobs, travels and a degree later, he was encouraged to explore coaching. He quickly took to it, qualifying as the youngest Master Intuitive Psychology Coach in the world, a qualified mindfulness teacher, and accredited at the highest level by the Association of Coaching. He’s since delivered workshops internationally, been awarded an entrepreneurial fellowship backed by Mercedes-Benz, and taken to the TEDx stage.

He’s also become a trusted 1:1 personal development coach to high-performing entrepreneurs and creative directors around the world.

But he knew he wanted to share this work, at scale - especially with his own age group.

Having experienced the gaps in the education system around human skills like confidence, relationship building and emotional intelligence, he’s always been driven to fill those gaps and help young people live more connected, meaningful lives.

After working across start-ups and major consultancies, he saw the same human skills gaps affecting workplace culture too - from team connection to engagement and performance.

So putting 2 and 2 together, he co-founded Gen Z Coach with the simple mission: to help young people and businesses grow, together.
