Patrick Quinton-Smith

Patrick has already built a rich and diverse career by 29: working in start-ups, consulting for multinationals, leading teams internationally, and launching and selling a successful events business while at university.

But it was his own transformational coaching experience at 22 - when he was on the brink of quitting his first job due to mental health struggles - that reshaped his path and ignited his passion for coaching.

That experience reignited his drive and equipped him with the skills to excel, leading to eight promotions in just four years at Europe’s fastest-growing start-up - and, more importantly, helping him find passion and fulfilment in his work.

Determined to share that same impact with others, Patrick trained with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), earning his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential - equivalent to ILM Level 7 -alongside certificates in transformational coaching, team dynamics, and career development.

In the past three years, he’s supported young professionals and teams with over 500 hours of coaching, helping more than 200 Gen Zers improve their performance, mental health, and engagement.

Patrick believes that with the right tools and support, everyone can find fulfilment in their work, make meaningful change, and ultimately live better lives. That’s exactly his intention in co-founding Gen Z Coach.
